OMG what a wonderful wedding celebration linda + stephen had at the gorgeous ballathie house hotel in perthshire. it was such a beautiful autumnal day……the trees were looking magnificent and the light just perfect for photographing this lovely irish couple and their family in the grounds of the hotel. whilst watching the Irish play the quarter finals for the rubgy world cup, the ladies got ready upstairs and the men (and some ladies) cheered (and then sadly cried) downstairs.
their intimate ceremony took place in the drawing room, followed by there drinks reception in the spacious hall of the hotel. what a gorgeous harry potter themed wedding this was……i so enjoyed photographing this wonderful couple and their family…my natural group shots were aided by some very helpful guests….thank you….any help gratefully received!! fabulous reception, food was delicious (thank you ballathie for looking after me so well)…and as always at an irish wedding, the dancing was amazing. thank you linda + stephen for asking me to photograph your wedding, it was my absolute privilege and it so lovely to have met you, your family + friends. i hope you enjoy this sneak peek….JXX
