OMG what an amazing day lauren+sean were married on at the gorgeous ballathie house hotel – clear blue skies, sunshine and a crackin’ sunset couples shoot….who would believe this was a summer wedding in highland scotland……. it was this year!!! i just loved this wedding – i always do at ballathie, its a perfect perthshire wedding venue…..the staff are amazing, food delicious and the venue is stunning. lauren looked totally gorgeous in her vintage wedding dress from apple blossom thyme….so relaxed, she even had time to play with their son William in the morning. so lovely to work again with cheryl from house of butterflies makeup artistry…..what a fabulous job you did!!
it was such a beautiful & natural ceremony celebrated by rona from perth registry in the grounds of ballathie overlooking the river tay, followed by a reception on the lawns. later on there was an amazing wedding breakfast as always by ballathie, singers to entertain & a ceilidh dance….what more could you ask for!! thank you lauren+sean for asking me to be part for your special day – it truly was magical and it was my privilege to photograph it for you……..i hope you enjoy this sneak peek…JX
