gosh what a beautiful late summers wedding karen and jamie had at the gorgeous macdonald hotel in north berwick. blue skies, fabulous venue and miles & miles of fantastic beaches. i totally fell in love with this hotel……i was so looking forward to photographing karen&jamie’s wedding, i had only met them a few months previous for their pre-wedding shoot but i instantly liked this wonderful couple and their soooo cute baby ollie.
i met jamie first at the aberlady inn, with a long list of chores to do whilst dressing baby ollie, cool as a cucumber i have to say!!! i then headed off to the marine hotel to photograph the bridal prep….what an amazing bridal suite and what a lovely prep to be part of! karen’s flowers perfectly matched the steel grey of the bridesmaids dresses. karen&jamie were then married overlooking the sea and had their champagne reception in the grounds of the hotel…..just perfect!
wonderful wedding, fabulous venue….loved the beach shots (and for those that know me….beaches are my number one favourite place in the world), loved my meal and the company (thank you guys). karen&jamie thank you so much for asking me to be part of your day and i hope you enjoy this sneak peek….JXX
