a couple of weeks ago, i had the pleasure of photographing the extension to balhousie castle – black watch museum perth for gillies & farrell stonemasons, www.gilliesandfarrell.com. they undertook all the structural and decorative stonework….and what an amazing job they did…….true masters of the stone trade. i have photographed many a sculptured stone over the years…..but this architectural stonework tops them all in attention to detail & craftsmanship…well done guys.. & definitely a museum worth visiting……JX
