vicky&hugh’s wedding | cultybraggan camp comrie

what a privilege it was to share in vicky&hugh’s wedding day……a gorgeous couple, fab location – glenartney church, followed by the reception in the old prison of war camp at cultbraggan, comrie (minus the prisoners of course!!) & amazing food by wilde thyme – yum yum!! delicious smoked trout from the groom’s families smoke house, followed by venison and then a choc pud with all the trimmings – you can tell i’m a foodie (as well as a weather fanatic!)……..

the day started off beautiful – despite the weather man’s predictions – even a touch of sunshine at glenartney church….however the heavens opened as we left the church for the reception. true to any scot ……you never let a bit of rain (or even hail – i’m serious!) dampen a fabulous party – the weather even dried up a bit for a few photos to be taken among the old nissen huts, vicky looking radiant and hugh quite dapper in his campbell kilt!!!

it was a wonderful wedding amongst the beautiful hills of perthshire – vicky&hugh are just fab and i really enjoyed photographing their wedding in a true documentary fashion…..thank you guys…..JX
